This outdoor living project in Gastonia, NC transformed a sloped and underutilized backyard into a functional space designed for entertaining, relaxing, and long-term durability. Our team installed a custom paver patio featuring multiple gathering areas, a built-in fire pit, curved seating wall, retaining walls, and landscape lighting to create a clean and inviting outdoor environment.
To improve both usability and drainage, we incorporated a custom drainage solution with catch basins, river rock detail, and grading improvements to properly manage water runoff throughout the property. The patio layout was designed with smooth transitions between spaces, creating dedicated areas for dining, seating, and enjoying the fire pit while blending naturally into the surrounding landscape.
